I have ensured that
- Both vCenter Server and Platform Service controller have correct network configurations.
- DNS resolution returns the correct name and IP address for vCenter Server and Platform Service Controller.
- Running the ping command succeeds between vCenter Server and Platform Service Controller.
- Running the telnet command on vCenter Server to port 443 on Platform Service Controller succeeds.
- Removed proxy used in the environment and the issue exists with it, then disable the proxy.
Please Help!!!
